Don’t Be Too Early
Please try to keep waiting rooms clear by arriving no more than 15 minutes early. If you want to be earlier, please wait inside your vehicle.
Masks Required
Due to the new state law and to protect our patients, employees and visitors, masks are required at all times when visiting our clinic.
Patients Only
We ask family and friends to wait in the car during your appointment. If needed, one caregiver can be present for special-needs and pediatric patients.
Practice Social Distancing
While at our clinics, please maintain at least 6 feet (2 meters) of distance from others.
Screening
Screening is required for all persons entering the building, at the front, main entrance of each clinic locations to ensure you may safely proceed with your visit.
Stay Home if You Are Sick
Prevent the spread of COVID or other illnesses by calling and rescheduling if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19.
