We live in a world where more people have a smartphone or tablet than a computer. That is why we have worked with our vendors to bring an app to your smartphone to make it even easier to communicate with your doctors and see your records. Simply head over to the AppStore your phone uses and search for the term "patient Portal NextGen". Once you have it downloaded to your phone, enter the same information you would when visiting Nextgen from your computer or phone/tablet browser. The icon in the Appstore should look like this:
