Emergency Care

Calling Triage

Spokane Eye Clinic Triage Optometric Doctors are available to treat urgent or emergent eye care needs. Triage coordinators accept phone calls from 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday. Same-day triage appointments are available until 3 pm. The location of your appointment at one of our four locations will be based on the location of our triage doctor(s) for that day.

If our same-day appointment schedule is full that day, the triage team will determine whether you can safely be scheduled for the following day or later. If we are unable to schedule you, our triage coordinators may refer you to the ER or urgent care.

After Hours Care

If you are experiencing an urgent or emergency eye problem after 5 pm or on weekends or holidays, please proceed directly to a hospital emergency department or urgent care center,  depending on the severity of your condition. This service is not a substitute for a life-threatening emergency. If you feel you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
